A high-performance structural platform engineered to withstand environmental stress, deploy rapidly, and remain operational when traditional buildings fail.
The system features a single-body architecture with no roof separation or structural fragmentation. This geometric design ensures that stress loads are distributed across the entire form, maintaining structural integrity under extreme pressure where traditional buildings fail.
The Cleado dome housing system is designed for climate resilience, immediate occupancy, and large-scale implementation.
Units are constructed from flat hexagonal GFRP sandwich panels. High-performance thermal insulation — U-value 0.10–0.15 W/m²K, meeting and exceeding Passivhaus standards. Comfortable indoor temperatures from -30°C Arctic to intense desert heat.
Cleado is delivered as prefabricated components and assembled on-site without the need for heavy machinery or specialist labour. A trained local team can assemble a complete 9-metre dome in approximately 12 to 24 hours from panel delivery, with units becoming fully operational, including integrated kitchen and bathroom systems, within the same deployment window. This process is 60x to 180x faster than conventional industry standards.
Cleado is a versatile infrastructure platform designed to scale according to project requirements. Our systems utilize a standardized hexagonal panel architecture that can be configured in multiple diameters, ensuring consistent structural integrity and thermal performance across all scales.
Ground floor living with kitchen and bathroom. Upper level bedroom. Ideal for individuals and couples. Approximately 40m² across two levels.
Open-plan ground floor with kitchen, bathroom, and storage. Two upper-level bedrooms. Approximately 65m² across two levels. Our most widely deployed model.
Larger living space across two to three levels. Suitable for extended families, small community facilities, or professional workspaces. Approximately 95m².
Three-level configuration for community centres, creative studios, event spaces, clinics, or schools. Over 150m² of adaptable resilient space.
Key Advantage: Seamless Integration Regardless of the diameter, every Cleado configuration maintains a 100% success rate in Category-5 Hurricane survival and an R-value of ~5 per inch. The modular nature of our GFRP panels allows for the rapid expansion of these units into interconnected clusters, creating resilient communities at unprecedented speeds.
All Cleado dome panels are manufactured at Cleado’s production facility in Faarup, Denmark, and shipped in standard open-top containers to any global port. Five 9-meter domes per container.
The platform features 100% integrated systems ensuring autonomous operation and meeting corporate carbon-neutrality mandates. Each unit produces approximately 5,000 kWh of solar power per year through integrated thin-film PV, removing reliance on centralized grids and eliminating utility debt.
Cleado is not just a building; it is a permanent infrastructure for climate adaptation and social sovereignty. By combining monolithic resilience with 100% energy autonomy, we provide a scalable foundation for global housing stability and corporate environmental leadership.
